Are you starting a new goal, path, or routine in the New Year? Like most people, the New Year brings the opportunity to “reset”, focus on new goals, reflect on the past, etc.
Whatever it is you are striving for, start small by beginning anywhere and building from there. With any new habit or change, it can seem overwhelming to accomplish such large feats. Start by setting small goals, they don’t have to be for the entire year. Focus on one month at a time. What do you want to accomplish this month?
