It all matters….
Are you putting hours into the gym and not seeing the results you want to? 1. Assess the situation…. Take a look at your pantry. Is it full of processed foods? Is it full of items that you crave but try to avoid? Get rid of it! Yup, donate it, throw it in the trash. 2. Hydrate more!!! Aim to drink at least half your body weight in ounces and even more if you are consuming diuretics such as caffeine, and alcohol.
3. Aim to get 8-10 hours of sleep per night and shut off your electronics 1-2 hours before bedtime. The blue light from these devices is harmful to your circadian rhythm, not to mention will raise your stress levels just by looking at it. Think about how many times you have looked at social media and been sucked into the black hole of scrolling or gotten upset by someone’s post. Seems trivial but it is not. It really effects our mental health and quality of sleep.
